During Christmas break we had the opportunity to dog-sit for a friend of Scott's from school for a day. We picked up the dog Monday night and had him all day Tuesday. The kids were SO excited to have a doggie to play with and take care of, even if it was only for a day.
His name is Bruno, but because he looks like Lady on 'Lady and the Tramp', Katelynn kept calling him Lady and Bruna the whole time. Then Michael would correct her and say, "His name is Bruno. He's a boy 'cause he has a peanut."
Since we had a dog-for-a-day, we decided to take him to the park. He was just the right size for the kids to hold the leash... and not be carried away like they were with our yellow lab puppy. He was such a good dog and awesome with the kids.
