Children's Museum

During Scott's break we took the kids to the children's museum. It was our last chance to go before our membership expired, so we squeezed one last use out of it.

The kids always enjoy playing with the sand table. They have these rolling pins that make shapes as you roll them in the sand, like flowers and fish. Pretty neat.

Mommy and Michael working in the art studio.

Katelynn & Michael riding the tricycles in the Pedal Power exhibit. I know they have devil eyes in the pictures, but I'm too lazy to try and figure out how to Photoshop it right now, so you get 'em like this. I think the picture of Michael is kinda fun. Go, Speed Racer, Go!

Michael making us a pizza in the pizza kitchen. It's funny, because they always make us sit down at a table, and then they bring us a pizza, plates & cups. While they aren't looking, we grab all the toppings off the pizza and stuff them behind us, then toss the crust into a pile over by the pizza oven, so it looks like we ate the pizza. The kids get a kick out of it every time.

Mommy & Daddy waiting for their pizza to arrive.

Emma chewing us out about *something* (I don't remember what, but she was obviously very distraught).

Katelynn waiting for a customer in the grocery store. Katelynn spent a ton of time in the little grocery store. She was working in the 'back room' and helping people as they came to the window, putting away food, sorting the food into different bins and running the food along the conveyor belt. It was so funny. She also spent a lot of time with her basket in the store shopping. Watch out--that girl *loves* to shop!

After the museum, we had to stop by the Mexican grocery store for tortillas and cheap produce. For some reason they always have the best sales on produce there. I don't know why it's so cheap, but I like it.
