Painting Nails

For their birthday  the girls got little makeup bags with nail polish and lip gloss inside from one of their friends. I don't think I had ever painted the girls' nails before. *Gasp*, I know. But, it's true. So, now that they had some nail polish of their own, I decided the time had come to paint their nails. They loved being girly and doing their nails like "Fancy Nancy".

  1. Oh how funny. Makenna wants her nails painted EVERY SINGLE DAY! I make her settle for the weekend before church : )

  2. So cute, I've been wanting to try those glitter nails that I keep seeing tutorials for, BUT I'm a total oaf when it comes to nail painting; cuticles, finger tips, all covered in nail polish. Maybe practicing would help but I'm telling ya, it's pretty bad. So I'm always very impressed by moms who will actually paint their kids nails, good job:)

  3. Totally adorable!

And to your friend Lisa about the glitter toes, they actually work really well. They turn out really cute, but you have to let them dry for a while because it's so thick it's takes a while for them to get completely hard. So it might be hard with kids if they can't still for a while.

  4. That's really funny considering we used to paint Michael's toenails all the time. XD
