Happy Birthday, "Babies"!

Wednesday was Emma, Katelynn & Michael's THIRD birthday! I can't believe that my little babies are that old now. They have grown so much! That afternoon we had Jillian's family over for a little party. We played a rousing game of 'Pin the Tail on the Donkey', which involved tables and chairs being moved, and one of Jillian's sisters ended up outside on the patio-twice!



Then it was time for singing happy birthday. I love the look on Michael's face in the second picture. It says, "Am I done having to smile now?" He is so camera shy. He is the cutest boy in the world, but as soon as you whip out the camera to capture it, he turns away and won't let you get a good pic.




We got each of the kids their own little cakes. Here is Katelynn hamming it up!



Look at all those presents!



The girls got these pretty little blue dresses from their Aunt Chaia & Uncle David. I think they are reminiscent of Cinderella's dress...and I will use that to my full advantage! They love the princess movies. Michael got 2 trucks, which he showered with today, actually.



They got a train set from Grandma & Grandpa Robertson. Michael can't believe his eyes! He even slept with a train car and one of the tracks yesterday.



From Uncle David & Aunt Jaime (yes, they have 2 uncles named David!) they got these cute little crocs. Emma's are pink(her fave color) with a bee on them, Katelynn's are purple with a penguin on them (she loves penguins) and Michael's are blue with a lizard on them. (he loves lizards). They are so great for summer, because the kids can put them on themselves and they go with everything! UPS is a great thing!



Now it's time to dig into the cakes. YUM!



For a 'small' family birthday party we had quite the crowd, but I think (I hope) everyone had fun and enjoyed the festivities.



By the way...the streamers are black and orange because I could only find the streamers left over from Halloween. Oh, well. The kids liked them. Who cares, right?
