Clatite
Growing up my Mom would make clatite (pronounced cla-tee-tay), which is a traditional Romanian dish passed down through the generations. She learned how to make it from her Mom, who learned it from her Mom, etc. They are pretty much the same thing as crepes. We would make them for breakfast, fill them with jelly and roll 'em up. Yum!

When my Mom came to visit I had her make clatite for us one morning, just so I could get a refresher course, 'cause I felt like mine weren't quite right. No one makes them like Mom makes them, right?!
